The Home Sustainability Assessment Scheme (HSAS) is a new Australian Government initiative to help Australians tackle climate change and reduce the greenhouse gas emissions.

Green Forms provides a Home Sustainability Assessor, trained and licensed trustworthy professional, who has a working knowledge of how to improve a home’s environmental performance such as heating and cooling, energy consumption and water use.

Assessors conducting standardised Home Sustainability Assessments for the Australian Government are required to be registered with a recognised Assessor Accrediting Organisation.

If you are selling your house, unit or townhouse you need a Queensland Sustainability Declaration - by law from January 1st, 2010.
